Our first home game for season 2017 saw a successful Raiderdome Defence.
Bayside are a very good team and it was an arm wrestle from from the start of the game to the final siren.
We had the inclusion of some new players to the club as well as some Legends and they all contributed 100%.
It was good to see our structures and set plays utilised at times but we still need to be better drilled in these areas. Practice makes perfect and we will continue to refine these areas of our game as the season goes on.
It’s nice to get feedback from opposition coaches and it was communicated to me that we have a very good side.
I totally agree.
With regular positions being consolidated a more settled team will improve our communication and game flow.
