The Supers came away with a very good, hard fought win against Melbourne, just coming down from Premier division. A sometimes spiteful encounter saw the Raiders lead by six points at half time but a 5.4 to 2.2 second half saw us head to a well deserved win with no bench in the last quarter. Led by the speedy Chris Richo and captain Lofty in the midfield and the big due of Incy & Cokes, the midfield with rotations of Matty J, Wes, Breeny & Bakes got well on top of the opposition. The backline held strong with Leo, Drewy and Bradders very dour and down forward C-Mac, Gabe & later in the game, Annas, kept us in front on the scoreboard and Wokka a very happy coach!!
