A big day. Not only Tugboats 200th game but also Ladies day at the Raiderdome.
Hopes were high for a close game and a win.
After we completed our brief warm up and loosened up a little..had a chat, talked about what was on the telly, swapped recipes and….

Our last quarter was our best. We were the better side on the day, but reigning in a five goal lead is always tough at this age. To go down by 19 points was a testament to the attitude and courage of this group. Next game (if I’m not coaching under 11’s) we are hitting the track half an hour earlier. Warmups and a drill or two. A brief chat and back into it. We need to start the game with almost a quarter under our belt to begin with. Get our minds right and have a think about how we play our role.
